BCCTS has selected certain destinations and producers to be distinguished by a certification in recognition to their excellence in their commitment to regional ingredients, quality on every level and legendary West Coast hospitality! Whether your journey takes you on a tour of the province's wineries, rural or suburban farms, artisan producers, or simply to your next memorable meal, look for our sign of the three spoons – the mark of a uniquely BC culinary experience!

Allow us to guide you through a savoury road trip from east to west, north to south, following the abundant, natural, culinary resources in all areas of the province. Foods as unique as the areas they are grown in, and the people who grow them!

Purpose – Why We’re Here

To identify and represent the interests of BCCTS certified culinary tourism operators in the marketing, communication and advocacy to all stakeholders.

Goals – How We Get There

  • Recognize and promote those businesses across BC currently providing an exemplary BC culinary tourism experience
  • Involve business and government in the development of a provincial culinary tourism program for British Columbia
